Frequently Asked Questions
We allow you the opportunity to truly customize your wedding! Our facility showcases a beautiful staircase / ceremony area, with a large reception hall. We only host one event per day! Make it YOURS!
How much is it for an extra hour? $250 for room and labor, $150 for D.J., $150 for photographer, $4.00 per person for the Open Bar.
What if our headcount changes? We ask for the final headcount and final payment 30 day’s prior to the date. At that time if the headcount has changed we adjust the package and pricing then. If the head count dropped the pricing will decrease
Are children included in the pricing? Children 4 and under do not include them in the head count. Children over 4 include in the head count.
Is Gratuity Included in Pricing? Gratuity in included in the pricing for the food services. The bartender will have a tip jar up during the event. All other services are a set fee and do not include gratuity.
Is a champagne toast included? We don’t provide a full champagne toast for all of the guests because no one really drinks it and it becomes a waste. Our DJ announces prior to the toast that the toast is coming up and invites them to get a drink of their choice from the bar. That way they
will toast with something they will actually drink. We do though always have a few bottles of champagne at the bar should a guest request it.
Are we allowed to use our own vendors? Yes. All of the services in the package besides the bar service are customizable. If you wanted to remove a service from the package we would also remove the pricing from the proposal.
Is a wedding coordinator included? With our All Inclusive Packages our vendors work together “behind the scenes” to coordinate your wedding. You work directly with the vendors regarding their services, they update The Plaza on any changes. We don’t have a day of wedding coordinator available. Our DJ will work with you to build a timeline for the evening. Once the evening starts they take it over from there and direct the flow and events for the night. If you want a day of coordinator we work with a few great ones we can give you a referral.
What time can we have our wedding? Since we only do 1 wedding per day you decide the start time. We just ask that it ends by midnight.
How soon should be book a date? Since we only do 1 wedding per day it becomes a first come first serve scenario.
Is a rehearsal included? If you wanted to do a simple walk-through with your bridal party we can arrange a time for you to do so. If you wanted a coordinated personalized rehearsal we offer that for $150.00.
How far are you from the Las Vegas Strip? We are located directly off of the 95 freeway. We are about a 15-minute car/shuttle ride from the strip.
